A visit to Four Points by Sheraton Kuching

27 Feb 09 ~ Finally, I stepped foot in the newest hotel in town - Four Points by Sheraton (a.k.a Ting Pek Khiing Hotel). A four-star hotel with 5-star luxuries. I had lunch there, buffet with a wide spread of choices, unfortunately do not have the stomach to contain all. There's Italian, Japanese, Chinese and local delicacies. The dessert counter (my favourite) has delicious cheese cakes, local kuihs, fruits, ice-creams etc. One is really spoilt for choice.

I had a tour of the room - a twin sharing comfort (standard) room. It has all the basic things plus a Sharp LCD TV ^_^. The room is 36 sq meter, a bit small but good enough for business trips.

The ballroom is huge. It can accommodate up to 1300 persons, making it now the biggest ballroom in Kuching. It also has 4 meeting rooms. All of which are nicely designed with purple toned carpets and wood finishings on the walls.

This is Wrapped, a cafe - one of the 3 dining outlets (all-day dining & lounge) in the hotel. A cozy place for girlfriends' meeting, catching-up and gossips sessions.
